1. How do I get a copy of my W2?
We give every client 2 sets of copies, one for the employees and one to keep. Contact your employer and ask them to make you a copy from their set.
2. How do I get a replacement for a lost paycheck?
Your employer should be notified to stop payment on the check, and then they can reissue you a check in house or contact us to rerun it.
3. If I sign up for direct deposit, when does it take effect?
Once the company is set up for direct deposit, any new employee participants should have direct deposit within one pay period of submitting their information.
4. What deductions can I expect to come out of my paycheck?

5. How do I change an employees address, telephone number, or other personal data?
Submit the information with your payroll or email or call us. If you utilize the online system, you can also logon and change it.
6. What information do you need to set up a new employee?
Name, address, social security number, rate of pay, whether they are claiming single or married, and number of dependents.
7. As an employee, are we allowed to deduct from the employees check for handling a garnishment?
Yes, the paperwork you received will say how much you are allowed by law to deduct each payroll.
8. Can I be set up to have my payment for your services automatically deducted each month?
Yes, all we need is a signed copy of our "Direct Debit Form".
9. When do I need to pay my Quarterly Taxes?
Typically, quarterly taxes are due by the last day of the following month after the quarter ends. Example: (3rd Qtr ends Sept 30th....3rd Qtr taxes due Oct 31st)
